沈氏节能微化工反应器被评为2020年度浙江省装备制造业重点领域首台(套)产品

 

沈氏节能“0100WR-0900WR”微化工反应器被浙江省经济和信息化厅评为浙江省首台(套)产品。

 

微化工连续流反应系统为沈氏节能率先将自主研发的微米级别通道结构设计与真空扩散焊技术应用创新研发的民用产品。该装置实现了安全性、高传质效率、高传热效率、高承压能力、高耐温能力、高抗腐性的产品特性。

微化工系统创新了新的反应器生产工艺,改进了原有的反应条件,更优化了化工工艺,颠覆传统反应釜的间歇式生产,使反应方式实现为微通道连续流反应自动化控制,将反应器工控纳入DCS远程集控系统,成为生产线全系统无人值守、连续化、智能化生产。其中,沈氏微化工反应板采用了十余种特有的结构设计,可根据不同的反应条件配合叠加。

此外,微反应系统还采用模块化设计,总成集成式微通道反应器、集成式微通道混合器、集成式微通道换热器、管式反应器,不同的排列组合可满足不同的化工工艺要求,实现工业装置的小型化、移动化。

 

 

沈氏节能微通道连续流反应装置的发展历程

 

2017年,沈氏节能多个微化工试验装置投入连续运行测试。

20184月,沈氏节能为宁夏某企业设计制造的某中间体微通道连续流生产装置投产运行,年通量18000吨。

20195月,沈氏节能为某企业设计制造的微通道连续流生产装置交付运行,年通量6000吨。这也标志着沈氏节能向着微化工技术工业化又迈出了坚实的一步!

“0100WR-0900WR” Shenshi micro-chemical reactor was rated as the first (set) product in the key areas of Zhejiang's equipment manufacturing industry in 2020

 

 

 

In the micro-chemical continuous flow reaction system, Shenshi took the lead in applying the self-developed micron-level channel structure design and vacuum diffusion welding technology to innovatively developed civilian products. The device realizes the characteristics of safety, high mass transfer efficiency, high heat transfer efficiency, high pressure capacity, high temperature resistance, and high corrosion resistance.

The micro-chemical system has innovated a new reactor production process, improved the original reaction conditions, optimized the chemical process, and subverted the batch production of traditional reactors, so that the reaction mode is realized by micro-channel continuous flow automatic control of the reaction. The industrial control of the controller is incorporated into the DCS remote centralized control system, and has become an unattended, continuous and intelligent production of the entire system of the production line. Then, Shenshi micro-chemical reaction plate adopts more than ten unique structural designs, which can be superimposed according to different reaction conditions.

In addition, the micro-reaction system also adopts a modular design, assembling integrated micro-channel reactor, integrated micro-channel mixer, integrated micro-channel heat exchanger, and tube reactor. Different arrangement combinations can meet different chemical process requirements. Miniaturization and mobility of industrial equipment.

2017, Shenshi multiple micro-chemical test devices were put into continuous operation testing.

2018.04, Shenshi continuous flow production device for an intermediate microchannel designed and manufactured by an enterprise in Ningxia was put into operation, with an annual flux of 18,000 tons.

2019.05, Shenshi micro-channel continuous flow production device designed and manufactured for an enterprise was delivered for operation, with an annual flux of 6,000 tons. This also marks Shenshi another step towards the industrialization of micro-chemical technology!
